Actuarial Science

 

Students looking to enter the actuarial profession are supported and encouraged by the Mathematics department through course work, internship opportunities, and a dedicated scholarship, on-site testing.

 

Course:

 

MATH 366          Mathematical Foundations of Actuarial Science     2 credits

 

This course is an advanced problem-solving seminar with the goal of preparing students for the first actuarial examination.

 

Note: This course does NOT count towards the major in mathematics.
